Mavic is committed to quality and reparability for its products. Because the environment and reducing waste are among our chief concerns as a company that’s dependent on the outdoors, all our products are built to last. In this regard, we guarantee the reparability of each of our wheels for a minimum of 5 years.
This promise includes access to more than 1,000 spare parts and references, available for at least 5 years after the last year a wheel was on the market, and even much longer for bearings, freewheel bodies and certain spokes.
How do I repair a wheel?
Repairing a Mavic wheel is safe, quick and easy. There are several options available.
Visit your Mavic retailer. Staff will be able to make an initial diagnosis and arrange for your wheel to be taken to the nearest Mavic Service Center.
Find all the documentation you need on Mavic’s technical manuals site. Most spare parts are available online or can be ordered from your Mavic retailer.
